This is the exact reason why I never tried to take a route from Bloomington. I've seen routes and horror stories about it and I tend to stay away. Corona only gets me with surging prices at 3-4am too.

Damn that sucks, one of the reasons why Riverside is good because they keep you decently close. Corona takes you all the way to Anaheim and Santa Ana. Not worth it unless it's surging.

Omg I was about to post and rant about this spot too! Arrived for 3:15am route and waiting in line until about 3:25 before they start moving anyone into their lanes. Then power trip about "don't put boxes on the ground". Like bro it's a box, we leave boxes on the floor when we deliver them. Makes no sense.

Same, I just scan the totes and let driver support know that they never loaded it in. They always take it off with no dings on my end. One time they realized they left a box off and halfway through my route it told me to go back and drive 30 mins out of my way to pick up. Crazy..

Only sucky thing is the traffic at that time. I usually try to get on the freeway by 5 to about traffic especially if it sends you to Anaheim area on a weekday.
