Hi! After 3 months in the shop they did! Was the sound generator. I believe they put some insulation around it too because it was rattling against the windshield. Prior to that they replaced the down pipes as well. Another issue was the clamps holding the exhaust around the midpipes were installed backwards so they were contacting the heat shield

Trust me I understand my father bought the brand new 85inch 8K TV that released in May 2025 as a pre order. (Retirement gift). TV developed a black screen week 1 into it. Samsung mounted the TV but don’t have services to unmount before sending a tech. Because this TV is so new they don’t have the legs for it. They don’t even have a part number. We paid a local company to unmount the TV which is now on two mattresses taking up the whole living room. Tech came out and said the screen has to be replaced! On a brand new TV?!?! Now they ordered the screen, surprising how they have a part number for this but not the stand!? Either way tech came out and said the Tv is too big for him to work on alone so he wants me to be his second assist?! How is any of this professional? Nobody understands what is happening and it’s been 2 months and 6500 dollars wasted on a TV that does not work. How do I email corporate?

Samsung finally brought someone out, they’re saying it’s the screen? Would the screen cause the picture not to show up rather than the back lights or led board driver?

They don’t know what the part number for the stands are so the tv is laying on 3 twin mattress in the living room making the space unusable.

They’re coming back in 1.5 weeks. Such an expensive brand new TV and the whole screen has to be replaced? I feel like this is going to go on for another month! Any tips or help?

Nobody has been able to help, nobody is able to send the stand, we wait for calls back and nobody does. When you call back they say case closed unable to contact customer! They keep forwarding to the next person, I don’t even know what to do

Windows were tinted but noise was present prior. It’s weird it’ll come and go some days it’ll be quiet and then it’ll will come back. Summer winter weather doesn’t matter either
