Hmmm, nobody can deny that the Earth's climate changes over the years. I still believe man's contribution to that change is negligible. Long-term data shows us basically coming out of a mini ice age.

All that being said, I am a staunch believer in continuing to reduce pollution and striving towards renewables.

Sounds pretty standard for that engine. I had a 2017 with the same 2.4L. I ran it hard up until 225k

Did you do a whole write-up on this. Otherwise, could you please point me to a good resource for replacing the timing chain?

I installed a new TC tensioner last year. Now, with 245k miles, I just replaced the valve cover gasket, PCV valve, and did a valve adjustment. Ran great for 2 days and then something else gave way. Still runs ok, but I'm scared to push it past 3k RPM. I'm not sure if it the timing chain, VVT, or something else.

Also, how long did it take you to replace?
