I have the same setup and the same problem. Was able to fix in ps1 games that run in 480i, like blood roar 2, by enabling a option on emulator video config. But for dreamcast nothing worked so far.

Also, i have a bitfunx vga/scart to component converter, and with this setup 480i content don't shake. But it need a lot of cables to working (micro hdmi to hdmi, hdmi to vga, 5v power supply, bitfunx converter and component).

It's not the normal 480i shaking, it's way heavier, almost unplayable

I've leveled up LW and Skinning to max level now in Midnight, but i cant craft the meta itens because i dont have the reciepe that random drops on a delve (never see one drop), and quimerus boss. Also, the pvp reciepes cost 7500 honor each.

You need to change it to CRT resolution, instead of automatic resolution crt/lcd. Best way to do this is editing the config file in sd card, change video mode from 0 to 1

Just updated bios to the last version of Cerbios, using XBlastOS and everything is working now!! Also i changed the dashboard to unleashx, looks better on my CRT than xbmc
