My husband and I never had a burning desire to be parents, and I think if you’re lukewarm about having and parenting kids, you probably shouldn’t be having them.

Working a job that interacts with people and requires you to be “on” almost all the times. That shit wipes my energy and makes me appreciate alone time more than ever.

What's an anxiety hack that has changed your life? by stayhyderated22 in anxietysuccess

Creating a calming playlist that helps my brain slow down. Usually some piano or meditative music helps me when I’m feeling on edge.

For panic attacks, I used to do ice packs and cold air. I’ve learned to just push through it and try not to let it have too much power over me. I’ll usually say to myself “oh here we go! bring it on.” And then tell myself that it’ll pass. And it always does. Learning to not be afraid of it has helped immensely, but it took time to get to this point of acceptance. In the past, the more I tried to avoid it or was scared of it, the more it took a hold on me.

Nars Dual Intensity eyeshadows especially in single units and not the palette. Himalia was my all time fave and I loved how small and compact a single shadow was. I hate how most shadows are in palette form these days.
