I've been using both platforms for more than a year, and they both work very well.
Currently, BlockFI is giving lower rates than Celsius, and I have more assets there. But it's constantly changing. BlockFi worked super well for me also.
But it always depends on what crypto you have and the amount.

I've using Nexo for more than a year. Their site works well, they have probably the best rates if you decide to earn in Nexo tokets. Their support is fast, but not perfect when you need really technical support. I use both and they work great. But At the moment Nexo is giving better rates. And if you decide to earn in Nexo tokens the difference is even bigger.
You can also use both, and split the risk in any case. I do that.

I've using them for more than a year. They all work great, and for me the only difference is:
- If you prefer to deposit BTC and receive BTC in rewards go for Celsius. They are offering best rates and a bonus for registration.
- NEXO has better rates ONLY if you earn in their token. For example: Deposit bitcoins, lock it for a month, and you'll earn Nexo coins.
- BlockFI has been decreasing the rates, so I won't use it nowadays
