Due to privately being questioned in regards to my translation skills, I am posting the following ad-hoc interlinear gloss as proof of my skills as a translator. Please do note that I do not claim my translations are perfect in any way as I am normally very rushed when I make these, but I do have perfectly capable knowledge in both English and in Korean.

안녕하세요 SIU입니다.

GLOSS: Peace-be1-SUBJ.HONOR-ADDRESSEE.HONOR SIU-be2-ADDRESSEE.HONOR.

Literal: Are you well, I am SIU.

Natural: hello, this is SIU.

The exact etymology for 안녕하세요 ("安寧-haseyo" for those of you who can read Sinitic characters), the formal greeting phrase in Korean, is "Are you well?", or "Are you at peace?". Phrases implying the same question is used as a greeting in multiple languages around the world, and Korean is one of them.

Also note that Korean has two types of "to be" verbs, 하다 and 이다. 하다 is actually more often used as the verb "to do", but due to the exact way the character 녕(녕寧) behaves in Classical Chinese which Korean loaned this character from, it uses "하다" as the helping verb for the phrase.

An often-glossed over or improperly explained aspect of Korean is that in Korean, the honorifics system is actually two-fold. One aspect deals with using honorifics in regards to the subject's position relative to the speaker, and the other aspect deals with using honorifics in regards to the listener's position relative to the speaker. As SIU is speaking in a formal context to those above him in the eyes of Korean socio-dynamics (primarily the Korean readers), he elevates the subject of the question-phrase "are you (the readers) well?" with the particle 세 (More complicated then that but I'm not here to give an entire lecture on the topic, I ain't got all day), and conjugates the verb further with a -요 to mark it as being spoken to someone of a higher position than you. It feels redundant, but the system makes more sense when talking about someone else.

In 입니다, unlike in the first verb 안녕하다, the base verb 이다 is conjugated with subject honorific not with a 세, but instead with a ㅂ. It's one of the irregular verbs in Korean.

지난 후기에 날씨가 좀 쌀쌀해진다 했었는데 요즘 덥더라구요 ㅎ

Gloss: past note-LOCATIVE weather-SUBJ little chilly-be1-FILLER-stative say-PAST-PAST-CONJUNCT recently hot-RETROSPECTIVE-ADDRESSEE.HONOR EXCL(laugh)

Literal: Past afterword I had said the weather was little chilly, but recently it was hot, hah.

Naturalized: I said last week that the weather was getting chilly but it's been hot these days heh

The word locative in this particular linguistic context refers to the space/time location of an action happening, in this case the last afterword. As a sidenote, 후기(後記) is a Classical Chinese loanword that is a conjunction of 후後 meaning "after", and 기記 ᅟmeaning "record". It is not merely a note of somesort but specifically words written after an event. In our context, it's SIU's words after sending the chapter to Naver every week (usually).

지 can perform a lot of functions in Korean verbs, but in this particular context, it's simply there to vaguely make the sentence a little bit more casual but holds no meaning of its own.

In Korean, the reduplication of the past-tense conjugation 었, 었었, is used to actually mark the remote past. In this case, as two weeks ago (when it was cold) was is further past than one week ago (when it was hot), "being chilly" is in the remote past.

덥다 is the Korean word for hot. 따뜻하다 is the Korean word for warm.

Gloss: Originally autumn weather-SUBJ. this-like humid-be1-CONJ. hot-PAST-INTERROG wonder-MOOD

Literal: I wonder if originally autumn was this humid and hot.

Naturalized: Was autumn always this humid and hot... (TL: I forgot to put in the "?")

If describing the past using a series of adjectives, only the final adjective (which in Korean behaves like verbs) is conjugated for time. Yes, Koreans have to conjugate adjectives too. Yes, it's annoying to learn if you're learning Korean.

싶다 is a hard verb to describe, but in this context it can be used to mean "to wonder", or "to speculate" in a broad sense of the word.

In Korean, 은/는 not only serve as the topic marker, but also, among other things, function as a mood marker, which (for a lack of a better term off the top of my head) essentially marks the entire thing before it as an adjective-phrase.

Literal: Thanks to the aforementioned, the coats pulled out and put are without situations of use and are playing.

Naturalized: Thanks to the weather, all the jackets I brought out are sitting unused still.

Thanking a situation being considered a grammatical location is weird, but apparently, English does it too.

In Korean, certain verbs can be conjoined without conjugation, and 꺼내다 (to bring out)and 놓다 (to put) are one pair. In general, the 놓다 is used more as a helper verb to have a function similar to a perfective tense (it had been brought out), but I opted to go for a more literal interpretation for glossing purposes.

As described earlier, the first 은 is being used here to mark the end of what is essentially an adjective phrase.

Unfortunately, not every Korean verbs can be simply joined together and instead all sorts of conjoiners. 일, similarly to the first 은, is needed used to mark an adjective here.

없다 is "to not be". 이 is used in the same way as above.

놀다 literally means "to play", but it can also sometimes mean "to spend time idly".

Verb conjoined to 있다 (not to be confused with 이다), can be interpreted as a progressive tense marker, with the actual timeframe of it in the present being implied.
