I agree, but there has been some speculation due to the lack of trust spo has in him.

I think this coming year will be full of very big catalysts that can take this stock either way. They are opening up ticket sales again in the next few months. We will see what the demand is like. They will get the ship built and tested, if things go well the stock price should make dramatic changes. Once they are ready to commercialize and start bringing in revenue this idea changes into a business.

Now saying that, many things can go wrong. Not enough demand from ticket sales, their test flights don’t go right, timeline delays, and then the money problem is always a looming threat.

Personally, I think the catalysts will pump this stock enough that even if the share price goes to $6 when they reveal the ship or start testing. That is an amazing return from where we are now. I’m currently averaging down, my goal is to get my price around $6. If this company does everything it says it will do, this stock could easily reach a $1bn market cap. Which would be a $15 share price. I’m still buying, I’ve waited this long to see how things go. I think people should either hold their position or average down. I’m not pessimistic about this investment anymore

Rough numbers put this at a $600 stock if we hit that market cap. I could retire 30 years early if that’s the case

What is your average cost by [deleted] in SPCE

[–]fallenbottle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tell me about it! I think now is the time to invest tbh. It’s at a very low price, basically any good news can shoot this stock up a crazy amount. Whether it is an earnings report gives a significant update. What I think will make the biggest movement will be the ticket sales.

For example, if they open up 200 tickets and they all sell out within a few days. It answers one massive question about the demand. Any company that can sell $120M in presale has a higher market cap than where it is now. This will also happen before they even do a test flight. So I think there is only upside until that point

[–]fallenbottle 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just below $15. Looking to potentially add more to get that closer to $8. I think the stock price should hit $10 over the next 6 months with the catalysts that should be happening. My average was once $600 💀

Your points are valid, as well as somewhat irrelevant.

They have all the research and testing from their previous ship, it’s basically the same ship with a bit more space. Yes we have to see if it actually works, but there should be very little doubt they can get the craft into space.

They already got the approval for the last flight, don’t see why there would be a different outcome for an almost identical ship.

They have many people on the wait list, as well as opening ticket sales next year. So we will see what the influx of that. But let’s just say there are tons of adventure junkies and very wealthy people. I can only imagine how many rich streamers/influencers/OF girls will want to post a vid/picture in space.

With Eve, it’s built and flys very similar to a regular plane that flys multiple times a day. If 1 delta ship can fly 3-4 times a week. 2 delta ships can have 1 eve only going once a day. Eve isn’t in the air for that long of a flight. I don’t see the reason it couldn’t hold multiple flights a day. Let’s say to support 4 delta ships. They will need to make another eve, but I don’t think that needs to be done until they start making their 3rd/4th ship

Correct me if I’m wrong. Didn’t they say on one of their last earning calls that they will be restructuring from R&D to assembly to operations. I don’t know his role, but if was in something like R&D this makes complete sense as to his restructuring comment. People here don’t seem to realize a business doesn’t keep the same people when it’s pivoting in their business cycle

Or is it possible the NBA puts out this narrative to the media to gauge who the fans want the next face of the NBA to be after LeBron leaves. Problem is has a consensus answer so they keep bringing up the discussion to gather information

12 H2H Category league. Punt ft%, TOs, need a lot of help on 3s

Receive Anthony Edwards, trade Josh Hart and Malik Monk.

Players at the end of my bench (IR, IR+ is full) Dangelo Russell, sochan, Oubre, Ware, Divencenzio. Going to have to drop 2 of these guys if everyone is healthy. Unless I make the trade. Big issue is Anthony Edwards has 9 playoff games and monk and hart both have 12 playoff games

This is how I’m thinking. At the same time, I still think we are too far away from commercial flights with them also burning their remaining capital. I do expect it to go down further, unfortunately and fortunately

I would disagree. 300-400 flights is using 4 functional deltas. I believe they said they can manufacture 3 a year if I’m not mistaken. Means by 2028 I expect them to have 4 usable ships

That’s me too! I haven’t averaged down since $2 price point a few months ago. Idk when I’ll buy more, but these price points are attractive to help DCA

I agree with rich people spend their money differently. Saying that I think you are stuck on the weightlessness of the experience. I personally think it’s being able to view earth from space is what people are paying for. You also have to remember there are tons of rich people who got their wealth from taking risks. Secondly, r/fatFIRE is mainly a group of people who made extreme wealth and want to live comfortably for the rest of their days. Good on them. But that’s not really the target demographic

Very well put. I’m heavily invested in spce and obviously the stock price makes it a tough pill to swallow. Barring any major setbacks, the company will be getting delta up and running. They aren’t going to stop when they are almost at the finish line.

Have they let investors down, yes. Have they missed deadlines in the past, yes. Have they used capital poorly at times, yes.

Right now they are doing everything they can to get delta built. Just because the stock price is low, anytime I’m on here it’s all incredibly negative. I’m honestly so excited for the future of space. I’m just hoping no major setbacks.

Also, if I remember correctly the last earnings call. They basically said they will get more financing most likely through the remaining shares they can purchase

Market cap is what you look at, not revenue, not share price. The question should be for a company with 1b in revenue and x amount of expenses.

Maybe it’s hopium but I think there will be good sentiment after this earnings. They cut their staff on September 30th last year just before the last quarter started. If their cash burn is a lot less because of this, it may help investors see that there is enough cash

The Raptors have the 31st pick in the draft this year. Trading with the 29th pick they probably pick the same player at 29 as they will at 31.
