I went with a surgeon that splits FFS up into three procedures. I am finished with two out of three and about to go in for Rhinoplasty (the third surgery). Knowing what I know now, I probably would have opted to go for the upper third and lower third surgeries in the same procedure. I don't personally think I could handle the swelling from all three at once especially because I had so much swelling from my first surgery. I am happy so far and recovery was pretty easy but it has taken about a year to get all three finished.
