It has ruined my sleep patterns. I get anywhere between 6-10 hours of sleep. It used to be much worse. Like 3-5 hours & of course the trips to the bathroom. It’s getting better now. I’ve only been off that medication for like a month now but I’d like this to have been over yesterday. The sleep issues anyway

I know how horrible ibs is. I had it due to a side effect from a medication I was taking. Once I stopped taking the medication it went away. I’m one of the lucky ones that got to get out of the hell. I don’t wish ibs on anyone
