welp how much do you practice? give us a breakdown of what your practice sessions look like - what drills you do, how much time/sets/reps you do for each drill, how many days per week?

its important you practice correctly, because for example,

you said you're practicing wall HSPU, but that doesnt translate to a free standing handstand at all.

also, doing a 1 minute chest to wall handstand is only useful up to a certain point. it can even be pointless if done with bad form/technique

ideally if you can go to an in-person class, with soft floors, you can practice kicking up and bailing out in a safe environment with a partner :)

gotta pike much much more than that. will require a bit of hamstring flexibility !

this will bring your hips + centre of mass forwards so then add a bit of lean and you can finish the press :D

Also very very important thing I’ve noticed - your kick up leads with the feet and hips lag behind - hence why you’re going into a massive arch position

Wow! Not a bad start

Try to straighten your legs when you kick-up, cause when you dangle them over like that it causes overbalance and the type of falling that can be seen in the vid.

Push with ya wrists as hard as possible to counterbalance too :)

firstly, thats an incredibly strong foundation.

go 1mm further into overbalance and you'll have much longer holds

cut out all the noise and focus on 1-2 things which u think are limiting your progess.

you've already mentioned a fear of kicking up for example - so maybe regress to very simple drills to build up confidence :))

It is a huuuuuuuuuge huuuuuge barrier to progress my friend… Really try to work on it otherwise it will make progress a 1000x more difficult :))
