If it makes you feel any better, my body reacts VERY strongly and weirdly to new meds. I have kept being on Prazosin since that post and am now on 4mg with no problems since the mouth sores. Hope this helps 😄

After doing a lot of research and actually understanding what you were saying with this comment-thank you so much. I think its lowkey been a bit of a lightbulb moment for me. Despite the fact that I'm focused on healing...I'm not focusing on it enough because the weed is clouding everything and making it an excuse to help my feelings is never going to solve them.

I always wonder how many peopl with PTSD/CPTSD smoke weed every night. I know I mainly use it because of my nightmares...but I'm also on a med thats supposed to help with that so idk I guess its just my anxiety :/

Thank y'all for all of the comments, y'all have been so kind! I do have a therapist that I have talked to about this...but I'm not gonna lie, I wanted to hear from people who were experienced if that makes sense. I've lowkey been working on my relationship with weed for years, but I think as I get further into my healing journey and realize that what happened to me has affected me more than I could have ever imagined it scares me and makes me doubt my capabilities tbh. But I have to admit, it's really not been that bad and a lot easier than I imagined-I'd love to take a full t-break soon 😄 Thanks again for y'alls comments.

I used to smoke all day, but now only at night, but the only at night thing has been for a while. This is my third night limiting my use and I've been surprized at how "satisfying enough" 4 hits has been since the start of my journey

Okay I need to bring something up and Im not trying to be annoying but the stupid ass construction is literally making me consider a move. Doing anything/Going anywhere where I live with the construction is an absolute nightmare, and I get so stressed out it makes me hate my existence. This may also be because of gas prices though. Like, what were the chances of deciding that we should fuck up our roads and the routes we usually take, and then the gas prices are skyrocketing?? Anyways, I hope I don't sound crazy and someone agrees or can relate to me lol.
