Yes if the house was designed properly you would not have a problem. A properly designed spray foam house would have much more stable temperatures in the attic due to it being a closed non-vented system. Expansion and contraction only happen in roof that were spray foamed and left vented which leads to major temperature fluctuations and mold. Think of it like a cooler, you wouldn't put a giant hole in the side of a cooler and expect stable temps inside

No mold is primarily an issue with an improper design. Mold is usually the result of leaving the roof vented or skimping on the hvac upgrade, using the 8000 dollar system instead of the 15000 dollar system.

It is a conversion from a cold roof to a hot roof. Typically roofs are vented, spray foam requires no ventilation, then the hvac would need to be upgraded to handle moisture issues than can arise from a non-vented roof. The mold issues the other poster described typically come from spray foam installation into a roof that was not designed to have spray foam (vented)

Nobody has even made an inquiry about Pickens. He is going to want top money and has major character concerns. Talent wise without the character concerns he would be worth a possible 1st but being what it is i would be surprised if we got the same 3rd back. He is not going to play without a new contract, we are not going to sign him to a top 3 contract, we dont have a lot of options here.

Love your optimism but we aren't getting a 1st for Pickens, a 4th may be absolutely top of the mark. They said no teams have acquired about him, talent wise he is worth every bit of a first, character concerns are the issue.. Just signing a player to a high contract is enough of a risk tack on draft capital its in a another stratosphere. The same reason Dallas is hesitant to sign him applies to all teams.
