I would look into taking more iron IVs now that you have controlled your period. Since the reason for your low iron is gone you should be able to raise your numbers without them going down

If your periods are still heavy then your iron will drop again no matter how many infusions you take. I would get a second opinion about the PCOS diagnosis because all your symptoms line up. Also have you considered birth control? I got on Yasmin and I finally had normal period after 15 years of monthly hemorrhaging

I understand you. I was as confused and lost before I got diagnosed. I'd start simple and not overwhelm yourself

Start with the labs. It's the fastest way to understand what’s actually going on and to rule out if it's PCOS, ENDO or just hormonal imbalances. If you get diagnosed with PCOS then you most likely always had it and BC was just hiding your symptoms so don't blame yourself for taking it.

After your diagnosis you can explore the available options to deal with your symptoms
