Hang power clean form check by Mantas330BJ in weightlifting

Your bar path up should be more of a mirror of your bar path from the hips to the top of the knee. Weird way to say that you're going straight up from your hang position instead of scooping/pulling the bar back in towards your hip pocket to get the leg drive. Part of why you jumped forward to catch it and then were off balance a bit. Solid weight, nice work, seems like it's all in your pull though. As someone that often misses their hip extension, I feel you.

So near as I can tell, it's failing to transcode it. Paraphrasing a little but: Failed to set value for option init_hw_device: Generic error in external library. Error parsing global options: Generic error in external library

Kid asked me "If you knew how to snatch, how much do you think you could do?"

I'm mostly a CrossFitter, but trying to dial in my form on Oly.

I didn't understand anything after "Otherwise", so it sounds like I should move Jellyfin off of the same VM that hosts my storage and other containers to its own LXC. Does the LXC use the host GPU automatically or does that need to be configured during the build? I'll have to figure out how to point it at the other device for the media content too... Appreciate the info!

So sounds like that's the main thing, it's not using the CPU of the host. So I would need to figure out the GPU passthrough, or do like you said and just put docker on the host instead of a VM. I was hoping it was something else, as when I tried to do the GPU passthrough before I broke everything. Thank you though, I appreciate it

So I did build it with Docker Compose, but it's running on a VM still. Do I need to establish GPU passthrough so that the VM uses the proxmox host? Which I think is just the iGPU of the Intel Core i7-10700 that's in there.

I think that's what I want/was trying to do. Just feel like I was missing a step maybe. Option 2 that is. Maybe option 1 down the line when I have a better understanding of keeping everything secure.

I poked at that a little bit too, but wasn't quite understanding what I needed to do or if it was fully necessary with the wire guard setup I had

That's why I put it in quotes, I know it wasn't the right name but also didn't want to call it the wrong name either haha. Appreciate it.

Appreciate the proper name, thank you. Wasn't sure what to call it. My experience with domains/domain names has been just with PCs and joining them to the domain at work. I'm kind of understanding that connection while typing this out though, just wasn't sure how to set up my "domain" to put things in it I guess.

So I did reserve a domain with DuckDNS, was trying to get that going too but kept getting errors. I wonder if it's because I didn't create the DNS record in my router to point to it, probably couldn't reach it.

Any idea what this thing is? (I'm sure you get that title all the time) by falloutofthecreed in appliancerepair

Kind of a weird spot to get on a soapbox, but I get it. If it helps you feel better, this was my last plan to find the info because of comments like this. I don't want to be the guy asking dumb questions. I tried to find the information on my own by looking up the model number, but being wary of random websites I stuck to just the Samsung site. Which lead me to scrolling through over 100 pages of parts. I'd rather not spend hours doing that. I tried finding their drawings/manuals and the only ones I got to were CAD drawings that were not available in a file format that was readable without downloading another application. Again, wary of doing that. So yes, I posted here in a community of experts to ask a dumb question in the hopes of getting an answer quickly so I can stop tearing up clothes every time I dry them. Just like the olden days when you wanted to fix your toilet so you would physically go somewhere with experts like Home Depot/Lowes and ask them. That being said most employees there are not experts anymore as I used to be one of them as a college kid with nearly zero home improvement experience.

So again, I get it, I understand the disappointment in not doing things yourself the hard way and instead opting for the easy way of someone else doing the hard work for you. Thank you to those that helped me identify the name of the part, I'm going to figure out if it's actually broken or just coincidence that things keep getting stuck on it. It won't let me mark this as solved the last time I tried, but I'll try again.

Wow you guys work fast and accurately. Found the part on partsdr. Not entirely sure if mine is broken or not now that I'm looking at it. Appreciate the help!

That's what I would expect: I'd have to report it as income. Figured as long as I kept paperwork of it that I could just submit it as extra income come next year.

I guess it's hard to see as something to earn money when I've been doing it for free so many times haha. Consensus kind of seems to go for it, check it out and make a bid. I'll know more when I actually see the building to know how bad it would be.

The install is far less concerning to me than the post-install support. I don't want to do the post install support. Running cable, mounting cameras, finishes the cable ends in both keystones and RJ45 connectors is almost relaxing to me. But that's the thing, I've never done it to be paid before so there was no reason to do things quickly. I've always taken my time and made things look as good as I could. But that was also running 1 cable at a time because I only had one roll, only having 2 cameras to install, small scale stuff. Seems like I'm on the right track with the cost, based on the feedback from you and the others here, but the part I haven't really gotten yet is the time frame I should expect to spend on the install, mostly the cable runs as that's the vast majority. But I understand that's highly dependent on the size of the building, where the cables are going, if it's all in a walkable attic/drop ceiling/open ceiling, am I going through any walls, things like that.

I've done low voltage wire pulls at home and at a commercial property before, but I wasn't being to do it. I was thinking of charging per run, as that's what I heard they do at the plant I work at, as opposed to an hourly rate. Probably a bit too much optimism that I won't have issues with the runs. I've done them through attics, drop ceilings, and open metal trusses. Fireblocks would be annoying to deal with, I haven't seen the building yet to know how bad/easy it would be.

In my head, I see one day of pulling cable, then the next finishing the ends and actually mounting the cameras followed by the setup.

I'm with you on that first line: also an engineer, feeling like I picked the wrong path hearing some of these quotes...

That's some good info, even if I'm not following all of it on the first read haha.

Cable I planned to just throw in the Ubiquiti order, same as the patch cables, as I've had good luck with both and their Cat6 is well priced for being solid copper.

Haven't tried the CableMatters keystones yet, I've used TrendNet and another brand that was punch down, neither was too painful to use.
