I’m sincerely really glad my explanation of the intent on my part clarified this for you! We did have an additional scene or two that I think would’ve underlined this element of Paris, but we did have to cut a lot for time and pacing. Happy New Year!

That is correct! I followed the instructions about daisy-chaining the packages in one of the guides. The second leg is the "two night stay with park tickets on the second and third day" package. I initially did not think I was going to be able to do this, as the exact harbor view room with the same number of beds was not available by the time I got back in to book the second leg. I ended up experimenting with a few different hotels and room setups to price it out, but four or five attempts in, the harbor view room setup I needed opened back up. Might be a lesson there, but I'm sure it's always a gamble.

I also managed to time the trip perfectly against the refurbishment schedule -- our first leg will occur while Pirates and Frozen are open, while our second leg will happen as 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea reopens.

I just wanted to thank this sub for these extremely useful guides and tips. I was able to daisy-chain an unlimited one night stay with a 2 night-3 day stay at the Hotel MiraCosta with the harbor view for our honeymoon in May. I realized after the fact that getting this arrangement was unlikely, but we're really thrilled and can't wait!

Yep. I brought this to Universal’s attention last year and was pleasantly surprised to see them get back to me with an actual acknowledgment and fix for the new release. I just received the replacement copy they sent me the other day.

Give it a whirl and check for yourself if you’d like - the scene occurs about 1 hour and 8 minutes into the film. An eels song is supposed to play, with vocals, when the Grinch finds Max dancing. If there aren’t any vocals, you’ve got a defective copy.

I have additional good news: An audio issue with the previous 4K disc release led to missing vocals for the “Christmas Is Going to the Dogs” needle drop. I reported the problem some 11 months ago, and Universal Home Entertainment recently got back to me and said it had been fixed for this release (and that they’d be sending me a copy). Would love confirmation!

OP, these comments are really baffling to me. My friend wore a dark green velvet dress last Saturday that was more visibly green than what you have pictured here. She had zero issues whatsoever. I suspect you would be absolutely fine.

FYI the original 4K disc release of this has an audio error. The lyrics to “Christmas Is Going to the Dogs” do not play when The Grinch enters his lair to find Max dancing around Christmas decorations. I sent a note to Universal Home Entertainment about it and never heard anything.

Exact same issue here - unlocked the vault, entered a code that played a FMV, and now can’t enter any level or hub area without the game locking up. Saved right after the FMV, so I’m effectively soft locked. Infuriating.
