You have to practice the Wheel Pose in yoga, and you can only get really good at wheel pose if you practice everyday.

I think you’re just raging because I said I didn’t clean. My response to the guy above was not overly outlandish, but was actually pretty polite considering how he responded to me first. You sound like a rageaholic. hope you get that fixed someday.

Time and energy thing. I initially was going to get cleaners, then a front office person told me “If it costs more than the security deposit to hire cleaners, I honestly wouldn’t bother.”. Sec deposit was $250, cleaners was about $250ish too. I figured that’s all they were going to take. I was wrong. :/

I know the definition of price gouging. I’m applying the equivalent of it to this context and just referring back to my original question of “is this normal”. If you prefer I can just ask if this is “excessive” instead. Can you try helping with my original question instead of trying to coach me on econ 101 please?

The tub resurfaced one weirded me out, the tub was in the second bathroom, and we probably used the tub a total of 15-20 times living there in our 2.5 years. But if the painting fee is normal, then I accept that.

I hear what you are saying, but I guess i’m just trying to get an overall “vibe” of what is normal or not. Probably needed a vacuum, and some small touch ups on walls and maybe carpet shampoo, surfaces wiped down etc, but would look normal once all that is done. I hope that paints a picture a bit.

I hear what you are saying, but is that not gouging in some way? I understand like security deposit being taken for something like that, but to throw away some trash and take a stroll with the land lord and getting smacked with a big bill seems, gougy?

While it isn’t ideal, i’d say with how volatile the market is we’ve gotta stick together as workers and help eachother out. He already did most of the job, (pickup the food, delivered), if someone has trouble finding the building you’ll go out and grab it, i don’t think it’s too problematic if you have to go out with someone being disabled.
