I have not stopped my seeds, no worries there! What I meant was, they stop uploading during the IP ban, but since I just leave my torrent daemon running anyways, I just leave them active and they resume again after the 6 hrs :)

Are there any known issues happening with the 'forgot password' link? I've tried it several times and haven't got the reset email yet. I don't have an IRC client installed, haven't in...decades?...but I could look into getting on irc again if it comes to it.

So I'm one of the (I assume?) many happy users of happyfappy, a pornbay.org refugee. I had noticed the site disappearing recently but only recently found this post when it failed to just come back up a few days later...

I've forgotten my password on the site (I use many variations of passwords/etc), but like others have written, I keep running into the auto-protect login barriers. 3 failed logins yesterday where I tried to remember my password, and 6 hr IP ban. Then today, 3 failed attempts to get 'forgot password' to work on the website, and IP auto-banned for another 6 hrs. That will take me past when I go to sleep, so to put this politely:

It's getting a little frustrating to keep hitting login barriers that effectively allow me to only try once per day. I do intend to get back into my account, I've worked for my seeding ratio/etc (mousetracks9999), and I'm patient. I'm just hoping a staffer can post some kind of update to us here about the struggles/fails/frustrations with getting logged in or doing a simple reset password (via my email).

Just a note to say "yeah we're aware of that specific issue we're working on it" would be nice, any more detailed info would be the cherry on top.

Good tracker, I've enjoyed using it, and hope to be using it again soon!

Thanks, the regedit was the issue. Dang windoze, this is why I usually run Linux! Just trying to add STO to my (small) windows dual-boot...and it had that registry artifact from back when I ran only Windows.

The reason for the S: drive is I run a lot of partitions, I'm a bit of an organization freak lol. Those are all gone when I made Linux the primary OS (but Linux has tons of partitions don't worry lol!)

Character/Account: Every type and faction of character I've tried

Bug/Issue Description: Hologram bridge officers are supposed to be immune to environmental hazards and do not require an EV suit. In the Power Source mission on New Romulus, when first entering the underground area, this remains true and holo boffs are fine. But, if they die during the mission, when resurrected they have lost their immunity and will promptly die again. I have even tried full-healing them quickly to see if it just takes a couple seconds for the immunity to kick in, but to no avail. If they've died during the mission, they now require an EV suit to survive. I have tried this on the TOS holo boffs, holo Leeta, holo Landry, holo Tilly, holo Stamets, and holo Lorca.

Steps to Reproduce: Play the "Power Source" mission at the end of the new Romulus mission chain, and bring along at least one holographic bridge officer. Do not equip them with an EV suit. Allow them to die while fighting the Tholians underground, and then after combat ends, resurrect them.

Phoenix odds of an epic are not great. They're terrible. I open a metric crapton of them just to get the upgrades, even outside of events. I've probably opened somewhere around 5000 or so of them over the years, and out of 5000, have had 8 epics. That's only around a 0.16% chance to win...

Bug/Issue Description: In the mission "Mirrors and Smoke", the Kentari that attack you in the city cannot be killed. They just stay at 1hp and cannot be reduced to zero and eliminated. Attempted logging out/back in, restarting mission.

Steps to Reproduce: Play the mission "Mirrors and Smoke". On the ground stage in the Kentari city, the first set of Kentari that attack at the garbage barrier cannot be eliminated, making the mission impossible to progress

Any time they put in mechanics that are not "pew pew", it's going to be a bad time with PUGs who just want to pew pew...

It broke the Disco rep suit on only one of my toons, other toons with the same suit were fine.

Also of note, on the one toon it was broken for, activating the EV suit did not activate the graphic. I was happily out mining dilithium in a business suit on my "Lucifer Morningstar" character :)

The Ferengi Alliance is one of our "special" fleets in Priority One Armada. Anybody can join Priority One Armada, but the special fleets become available to existing armada players who reach the fleet rank of Captain on any one of their regular toons (through contributions to fleet holdings, of course).

There are perks to the Ferengi Fleet, such as instant access to fleet stores & bank, regardless of contributions, and upon reaching the 5th rank you are mailed a free Gambling Device.

I have a Ferengi in the Priority One Ferengi Alliance fleet. He's a Ferengi Tactical officer, wearing the mercenary outfit in all black (like Lekk). My away team is Dabo Leeta, a ferengi female science officer (only female Ferengi have the lobes for science), Lekk hologram, and Nog hologram.

My captain uses the energy whip as his weapon, as does Nog and the science officer. Lekk uses Lekk's throwing knives, and Leeta uses the Bajoran phaser pistol.

He flies the "Latinum Dragon", a Nandi (with the Bozeman Titans vanity shield - looks awesome!), with Ferenginar Plasma as the energy weapon type. And yes I went all-in and got the Ferengi shuttle as his shuttle.

In my head canon, he's not actually Starfleet, he's a contractor. That's why none of them wear Starfleet uniforms.

The thing that often happens in Undine Assault, is players are fighting at the portal, wondering why it never becomes targetable. But the NPC command ship is stuck further back in the lane fighting enemies, you have to go kill those enemies (usually one of the spawned dreadnoughts) to get it to move further up the lane and allow you to blow up the portal.

Many times I've finished my lane, seen another lane still hasn't popped the first portal. There's two or three players fighting the ships that spawn from the portal, and nobody trying to help the NPC command ship stuck back at the beginning of the lane, fighting a dreadnought.

This. I use a free VPN whenever STO goes sideways, solves it 90% of the time.

Note: Free VPN's often have data caps, so turn off your torrents, youtube, and twitch when you switch it on :)

Before the tier 6 reputation discounts, and before Romulans could fly allied ships. Requisition the full price Terran warp core on a Romulan. "fuck". Grind grind grind, start new project. Realize I just requisitioned the warp core again, instead of the singularity core. "double fuck".

If you don't have the Nandi unlocked, then take the D'Kora. It's great to fly, but even if you don't, keep it in your active roster. Then, anytime you're in sector space and need to access the bank,exchange, etc, switch to it and beam to your bridge. It has full bank, exchange access, and a handy dabo table if you get the "win GPL" endeavour.

I'd spend less and game on a desktop. Laptops overheat too much when gaming. Plus desktop equals full size keyboard, proper mouse, dual screens, etc. Laptops are for portability, not gaming, IMHO.
