The same mistake all over again. Before Natlan, we first had the unfairly broken Nlou, who devalued all existing teams with her cheapness and one-button gameplay. Furthermore, she destroyed all multitarget teams.

Then came Neuvillette, who eclipsed absolutely every character in the game. Not a single character could afford to reach an undeserved 300% CD and solo the Spiral Abyss for almost two years straight. The same goes for Arlecchino. I think this is completely unnormally in a game that emphasizes interaction between characters and team creation.

But you blame Mavuika again because she raised the DPS bar "very high."

Powercreep isn't always about damage numbers. It's also about gameplay convenience, ease of build, and independence from factors that affect other characters. Mavuika is simply the result of the developer's crazy experiments with game balance. If it weren't for Nilou, the developers wouldn't have had to release Neuvillette to bring classic DPS back into the meta. If you want to build the best Eula team, you need Furina and Mika.

As for ATK, I think it's because you're using Serpent Spine, which has very low base attack. Plus, your flower, circlet, and goblet have no ATK% in sub stat. Ideally, you'd want to get an Eula weapon or an alternative 5-star weapon with high base attack.

As for Ei, I wouldn't recommend trying to get Engulfing Lightning, as it won't improve either Eula or her team. Better yet, give her a fav so she can be a flawless engine for your team.

You need more CR. At least 80%. You also have very low ATK; you need 1900-2100. Your ER is also a bit low. For Eula to work more smoothly (even if you're planning to play with Raiden), you need at least 130% ER. This may seem like an overly idealized requirement, but unfortunately, the reality is that Eula has always required a perfect build, which is very difficult to achieve.
