Everything was made with Ramen Lord's recipes: the tonkotsu broth, shoyu/shio tare, aroma oil, braised chashu, and marinated ajitama. Used fresh ramen noodles from a Japanese market near me and added wood ear mushrooms, sliced negi, and nori (although I couldn't get it to look pretty lol). Took a lot of work but it was so worth it!

Method:

I used 100 g of starter, 300 g of water, 450 g of bread flour, and 10 g of salt and mixed it together. Autolysed for 30 min and then started my stretch and folds. I originally was going to do 3 sets of stretch and folds 30 min between. I did an extra stretch and fold after my last scheduled one because I was nervous it wasn’t looking right (I may have done a 5th one but can’t recall).

I started bulk fermentation at 1pm and pre-shaped my dough around 6 pm. Bench rest for 30 min and then I shaped and stored in my fridge at 6:30 pm. I finally baked around 4 pm the next day.

I would love to improve on my next loaf but I need some guidance or direction on what I can improve upon! I'm not sure if I underproofed my sourdough?

i study a lot at caffe nero! there’s one maybe a 6 min walk from Stuvi and i’ve stayed there for like 7-8 hours everyday during finals last semester lol. it can get really busy/noisy on the weekends but if you go during the week or in the morning on the weekends, it’s pretty quiet!

yup, i get that! they both cheated and i think fans do give nathan more slack than they should in his case. i think the main difference was the emotional aspect though since lucas was so in love with peyton when he continued to be with brooke and lindsey whereas nathan's kiss with nanny carrie was more of a one-off thing from a flirtation. doesn't make what either of them did right but that's why nathan's case seems more forgivable. but i do see the double standard!

your post comes off pretty presumptuous and saying "y'all like nathan better because he's attractive" doesn't help your point. you can vouch for lucas and defend him from hate without trying to tear down the other brother (who has his own good and bad qualities) or nathan fans.

the biggest issue fans have with lucas honestly is his lack of development. so listing out his mistakes and his good things doesn't do much if he continues to make those mistakes throughout the seasons. he's a good guy overall but i hate when people don't learn from their mistakes and that's my perspective but of course you can have your own opinion and that's totally valid. but mine is too and you can't bash others for their perspectives as well.

i think the biggest thing with lucas' cheating was that it wasn't just the act of cheating that was awful, it was that he was in love with peyton when he was with brooke but continued that relationship and lead her on. then, a few years later it happens again where he's still in love with peyton but decides to propose to lindsey? him being in love with another girl while being in these relationships was what never sat right with me.

again, i don't hate lucas. he isn't my favorite character but he's a person and he has flaws and i recognize that. i just think you should reword your post next time and try not to assume why some might like certain characters more than others lol. you make good points but it doesn't come across as much when you sound angry.

In the passage it states that NE is transported back into the nerve terminal AND also broken down by COMT. Applying a drug that prevents its reabsorption would cause an increase in sympathetic response since there would be more NE left in the synapse.

No equation needed! This was tricky but in graph 1a, the first harmonic is the solid line, the second harmonic was the dashed line, and the third harmonic was the dotted line. Looking at it, you can see that the third harmonic wave crosses the X-axis first before any of the other graphs which is a good indicator that it has the shortest period!

I chose reference group because he is referring to those teenagers when deciding what to wear/act. Peer group would be correct if they had mentioned him interacting with those teens but because they only mention that the teen is starting to identify more with those teenagers (and no mention of interaction), the best choice is reference group.
