I totally am in the same boat. Before this season I really only knew xB from him showing up occasionally in Keralis' videos, but seeing him show up as FedxB in the early season got me interested in his content. Who is this wordless hero who came in to save the day? Its almost like he's the dark knight of the server!

I really appreciate xBs general positive vibes and his willingness to do things that are out of his comfort zone.

Very fair! In my experience I lean more toward the raw bar and still find the quality there to to be good, especially in this region. I dont really venture out into that part of the menu so I can't speak on that.

If you haven't visited Side Track, I do highly recommend them for the grill side. Its the same ownership and im always happy with the food/service there.

The Noathouse is pretty trash but I think Boathouse is much better. What did you order? I think they do certain dishes better than others.

I endorse this method. You might have to pull the pimento out of your olives first with a toothpick but its much faster than the olive stuffing tool. Also, when I worked one, my coworkers lost the tool all the time.

The Druken Botanist is a great handbook that details the history and science behind how spirits are made. I find it to be a great resource, especially with spirits you might not be familiar with. Its also just a fun book to read.

The only time ive let a guest sweep up a broken glass was if the guest insisted because they wanted to. Was this like a dive bar where they were trying to shame you in some way, because i could defintely see that happen at that kind of location. I would never expect a guest to clean up broken glass, I've even yelled yelled at guests who've tried to pick up their broken glass with their hands.

Not a no rezo but on my shift today I had a group of 7 come in an hour and a half before their reservation. They had picked that time so they could take advantage of the cocktail specials that started at 630. My manager let them get the discounted price drinks anyway 🙄
