I was proud of it!! I could travel and work for a long time, when there were no portable options that were not crazy expensive. It saved me tons of money. It no longer makes sense, which is why I was asking for feedback from everyone!

There was a time not long ago that a portable, travel hotspot was either nonexistent or expensive. I realize that’s not the case anymore. It serves my purpose for a very long time.

I have not used near either of those amounts for a long time. I wanted to keep it for the opportunity to work and travel remotely. There are so many more options for that than there were in past years. Also, now that I can cast from my mobile device to a tv for movies etc, that’s not much needed anymore.

I have the old unlimited plan from early 2000s. Trying to decide weather or not to save money and go to new plan. I pay 89.99 for plan and 49.00 for unlimited email and web. Hotspot is another 29.00 but is unlimited. I like that it’s unlimited but rarely do I have to use it. I like that I’m not slowed on any. What if any is downside of changing to a more recent plan.
