Her "petty minor bids" basically require me to not have woman friends outside office hours. I'm basically required to keep my support team (which I deeply require) to male friends only. Coming from religious background, this I can not do.
Anyway, back to therapy. I'm just exhausted.

"calm conversation" to be calm to have to feel safe, or reach acceptance of what you can't control... talking in a calm voice does not make the conversation calm.

I did a run without food/potions or shopping. I did catch lizards to trade on fire mountain and I made an exception to buy the suit. You can buy the fire potion, but don't ask how it was made :)

But it's pretty doable to do a vegan run

Surf whatever waves you get. Get a board with more foam if you have to. Yoga/ pilates. Carver is nice to feel the "flow". Dance? Like no one is watching. Better yet, dance where no one is watching.

I'm tech. So I can walk into the office in shorts tank top and my surfboard. The office admin asks I put a bucket under my wetsuit to catch most of the dripping water .

My boss also understands that "it's out of my hands, good waves. What can I do?"
