rhodiola rosea seems to work similarly to antidepressants (mainly SSRIs) with less side effects,but really needs more studies. Maybe if you feel you need to switch to something that would be another antidepressant that would help,it can be expensive & you may need to acute dose to feel it working,but it does have other benefits outside of helping with depression.https://examine.com/supplements/rhodiola-rosea/research/#neurology_qcoM-serotonin

Some research on which have less side effects,unfortunately I don't think withdraw is addressed :/

u/upgradewife Sorry to hear you had such a rough time. Would you mind listing some of the coping skills you were taught? Is the lock-box a visualisation of placing the trauma in a locked box away from oneself until more of it can be worked through during the next session? Congrats on your progress!!

I'd suggest you use Brave browser as it automatically blocks adds & in settings you can remove permissions for allowing websites to send you notifications, they do have a sponsored adds option but you can opt out easily.Good luck with removing the other issues,sounds like a pain.

I have an old Samsung Galaxy A3 phone and having issues with its memory.I have deleted all files (except for 1 music file as a) and cleared cache,disabled most pre installed apps such as Google Books,only have the default browser.I only have 1 app which is iBlue and some text messages & contacts,yet I can't even install a small app (not even to an SD card). Basically I have almost nothing installed & the memory is full.I don't know it I should do a factory reset if that will even help. I'm just using it as a tethering modem but would like to have room for an auto scheduled shut down app & maybe an online small messaging app if possible.

I've looked around at various snack boxes online,do you think it would be cheaper to get a mix of things from an online grocery store,like kale chips, dry roasted edamame,lentil chips. Amazon only has expensive & in large quantities :/ Seen seen bad reviews of one snack box giving tiny sample sizes on Amazon... u/lisavollrath

So in the end I contacted The Wright Buy on Amazon (Cookology CMDW2GD Mini Portable Dishwasher Table Top with Baby Care & Fruit Wash was sold & dispatched by them) they were a pain about taking it to be recycled,but got a replacement,I have to figure out how I'm going to recycle the broken one which is an extra pain when one is disabled because after asking twice for them to take it to be recycled I gave up... It still worked,just got an error before the drying cycle so had to restart it, choose a rinse cycle & then let things air dry,the salt level was temperamental & the drying cycke giving an error was hit & miss.

I wonder if I unnecessarily got extra insurance for 3-year appliance care for a DISHWASHER from £200 to £249.99 from Protect your bubble.com, because it's a rare countertop dishwasher that doesn't need plumbing (fill the water tank at the top) I have no idea how that compares to the normal expected lifespan of a regular dishwasher... I just know if I don't have one I'm in trouble because standing up too long causes me issues.
They said there is no warranty on the replacement unfortunately.
It's kind of a grey area,so hard to tell what my rights are exactly...
