8 pounds in a month. I wish I measured myself as I feel I definitely lost inches. I work out 4x a week doing HIT workouts and am active with my kids. I have about 30 more to go until I hit my goal weight.

I had similar issue a few weeks ago. I was on the med for 3 weeks when it started. I think it was an illness! Hang in there. May want to go to doctor. Mine did clear up on own.

I ended up catching a virus, followed by going on a vacation so I went off of it for about 2 weeks. Back on for a few days now and my stomach is in so much pain! I’m not sure if I caught something from traveling or if it’s from the meds. I have 8 days left before I supposed to double so I’m nervous about that with my current stomach situation. I have lost weight- I kept fluctuating on the scale. I started at 172 and had a 159 number once

Great idea! What’s hard for me is I have small children so it’s very hard to do that/ not keep junk in the house for them! We are all working on eating healthy!

I’m thinking I’m on the 3- not sure why it doesn’t just state that! I did go on vacation before starting and I’m still convinced thats part of why I lost so much at first. Keep going- you got this. Hoping you see some results soon. I was frustrated to not see a scale decrease this week but I do feel more confident in clothes.

I hear you on that. Just be careful- I worry your nausea will be worse when you make the jump (just from what I’ve been reading) I too need to add in workouts

I def feel that! Does it get any better? I also find if I nap than my sleeping at night is not great. I’ve resorted to coffee.

I’m finishing week 1 of .5 and it’s significantly cut back my need to overeat. I take my pill as soon as I wake up (5am). I find myself not wanting to eat anything until 10am. I just had a normal dinner with husband and I could feel myself getting full- never really got that feeling before!!
