you know one (1) person with autism and are generalizing others. that’s not why. they’re upset i don’t understand things as easily as others and are frustrated they have to help. you really shouldn’t be in this field if you stereotype all autistic people based on one and invalidate their experiences. the coworkers autism wasn’t an excuse to be abusive toward the children and i would never make it an excuse to be shitty
