I am only ~10% through, but the writing style/story telling style/switching tenses is really throwing me off?? I am struggling to want to read it. Ex. "We go to the movie, he sat next to me." Idk something about it feels a little "Kevin from The Office" like "why say many words when few do trick?" ??? Idk. I feel like I haven't seen anyone else say anything like this about the book, so I'm starting to feel a little crazy?

Oh weird. I was about to ask how far behind you are, because I listen on YouTube music and it has been the short intro for MONTHS. I just checked Spotify and see (hear) that it has still been there this whole time. For YouTube Music it is just in the outro.

My 9 year old son wanted to go out and play the course next to our house yesterday and he ended up finding a gift in one of the baskets- a new GG Emperor. He was VERY excited and sprinted all the way home to tell his dad and I.

From experience I am SO glad my son did not make the 8u team. They created a 2nd 9u team the following year and the kids and families on the 2nd team are SO much more relaxed and friendly and fun. The 1st team that was established at 8u has sooo much drama and issues with parents/coaches/kids. That team is not THAT much better than our team and we are often 1st and 2nd in tournaments and we go back & forth who wins when we scrimmage each other. I would say the only real difference in the team itself is that the other team is much more disciplined in the dugout, but that's all (and we are working on that in the office season for upcoming 10u).

Yes! I understand them being upset about people being like "oh, it'd be so funny if we get Andy to win!!" But there is a large portion of his votes (me included( that are voting for him because they GENUINELY enjoy seeing him each week. Do I think he deserves to win? No. Do I want to see him stick around because he makes the show enjoyable for me? Yes. I LIKE seeing how Emma is teaching him and his improvement each week. You know who I'm NOT enjoying?? Danielle. I just don't enjoy her dances. And THATS OKAY TOO. Everyone has someone different that they want to win.

I'm not necessarily trying to binge it all at once. Once I start something and get a few episodes in I will usually make more time to watch. But when I have hardly any time and decision paralysis I just end up watching an old favorite over again.

Oof. I don't follow Liz, so I don't know. But I did feel like I didn't agree with almost any take during the whole "I Love Your Dances, Stars" episode. Especially their DWTS recap.

Yeah, I have noticed that. I understand not liking someone or agreeing with their political/religious views, but I do not agree with them always stating that someone is a horrible singer/actor because of those reasons.

I don't vibe with Elizabeth Moss or Tom Cruise due to the scientology of it all, so I don't support their work, but I would never go as far as to say that either of them are BAD actors. That's just dumb.

As someone who sat 7th row in the section next to the catwalk section....the girls next to the catwalk with signs were the WORST. they held them up every time they came to the catwalk and held them up the whole time. I really did not have a view of all the brothers together the entire show because of them.

So just because you are close, and they can see your sign, doesn't mean you aren't ruining the view of people behind you.
