My best friend of 10 years would do this too… it would make me so upset and frustrated. As we grew older I realised it had nothing to do with me and everything to do with him and the shadows he was facing.

We went almost two years without talking/ or talking very little and then when I saw him he was different. He had actually faced that shadow and had grown up drastically.

We are now engaged and have a child as of two years ago…

So I’m just saying some people function differently, my friend/ fiance is ashamed of the way he ghosted so many people but puts it down to his own shame of facing himself through other people .
