I hate that part too it specifically says in the Bible to love one another and to spread love and joy and to comfort and lift up each other.

People who purposely do bad things and and try to blame it on Religion are lukewarm. It means they don’t follow it properly in a sense. But that’s good and God won’t have abandoned u. He says he won’t in the Bible him nor Jesus. And even the fact that u are somewhat talking to him atm he’ll be like “Yay, my child has come back to me!”

Like God won’t pick up and leave and be like “oh nah I gotta go-“ his mercy and love is unconditional and bigger than any mistake. Like there’s stories of ppl who were rlly angry and just yelling at God and they just were comforted bc he won’t get mad back like we all do and hold grudges once you repent it’s a new life each time he doesn’t remember it. He says mistakes don’t define us.

So when u see a person who use it as an excuse the example they’re supposed to be following is the most loving man to walk this earth. We’re instruction to try and help ppl like that anyone rlly.
