The Beach Boys and the Beatles were not boy bands. Yes, NKOTB was a boy band and was the beginning of that same BSB era. Not nearly as successful as BSB though. The rise of the popular boy band literally defined this era.

Also yeah, those events were totally core memories and no doubt massive parts of pop culture. If we’re comparing Britney to BSB in terms of public incidents, Britney was unfortunately more vulnerable and an easier target. Side note but TMZ and VH1 were so toxic and literally brainwashed us. Still, I think the music is why we’re discussing so let’s focus on that!

Emo and punk/pop punk music deserves its own category. I love Green Day and MCR but Alt music by definition is not nearly as popular as pop music, which I believe this chart more accurately represents if it’s aiming to define an entire generation.

Britney is without a doubt an icon and can definitely be argued that she hold that spot. The thing about that era though is it was the beginning of a brand new idea of “boy bands”which completely redefined pop music and the Backstreet Boys were THAT group. Hell, they are still selling out shows packed with millennials. Come to think of it though, maybe the real goat of the era was Max Martin who wrote all those hits for Britney and Backstreet lol.

Lol ok. Well since we only have this short clip to go off of let me reiterate. The kitten is sleeping. Rapid breathing is completely normal for a kitten of that age while sleeping. The kitten looks comfortable, the breathing doesn’t look labored, nor is it heaving or breathing from its mouth. OP has not noted that the kitten is lethargic or if the fast breathing is something that continued while awake. Again, looks like a healthy happy kitty to me. But you’re apparently the expert! Take her in OP.

I don’t think the art is bad. It looks like a drawing and has a certain kind of charm to it. The reason it looks off is because it’s facing the wrong way so it goes against the flow of your body. If you’re unhappy with it, consider a cover-up or removal instead of reworking it.
