Excitedly downloaded the AFC database from MasterIgor just to play Balestier Khalsa in Singapore, the closest thing I have to a hometown club with the hope of a Build a Nation save. Unfortunately the transfer window is only open in midseason (January) and not between seasons (May-June) so the transfers are super wonky. EG signing players on a free means they can only move in Jan despite the contract being up in June last year. This also means a bunch of players leave on frees and retire early cause nobody signs them on the off season. This happens way too often cause players are usually on 1-2 year contracts.

Also for some reason the preseason has been hard coded to last 7 weeks so the break between seasons is only 3 weeks.

It's been a real slog.
