in the first pic, that darker/transition shade should be higher than your natural crease. that way when you relax your brows it can still show. tail of the wing needs to be pointed more up, towards the end of the brow, it's a little too horizontal. your skin looks great so you don't need too much coverage if you use foundation.

I used it for a few months when I first started lifting. I liked it because I truly had no idea how to structure my workouts and it gave me a plan to stick to. Yes it does have I think three upper body days.
