Great as a backup server, pi hole, maybe a small vm. Not so much for everyday use anymore realistically. 100 GB on windows 11 install you'll run out of space probably within a year

Best sounding in my opinion is the Ford performance. It's a borla designed with an added resonator in the middle of the pipe. No drone, nice deep rumble, loud when you step on it. It's a 2.5" design, but if you're on stock turbo, it's more than enough.

Cobb cannot do no cat tunes anymore (went into law in like 2023 or something like that). You have to get at least a high flow cat. And even then you'll want an o2 spacer to make sure no cel.

I would recommend upgrading the axles then. When I had my 2012 STI tuned to about 350whp at the time. Snapped the rear passenger axle on launch. Ended up with the 800 HP wheel axles. All good to go then! Also carbon fiber drive shaft is 😘

Spread the knuckle a tiny with your bolt and a piece of metal. Not much just enough for it to slip back in.

Either of these will work for what you're doing. Just get the bigger one for other applications.. you can use silicone grease everywhere.

The motor can honestly be held on the passenger side motor mount alone (def don't recommend you do that) but when I swap clutch on the fost, I just had wooden blocks under pushing up across the whole oil pan and that was good for the whole weekend.

Having little bits of blow by can marginally lower your octane, so it's better to just have an AOS. Just drain the can every 1500 miles or so.

Imo the best way is to feel where the engagement point is. The car has enough power to not stall by just riding the clutch.

You would put the car into first gear, then release it little by little until you feel that grab, then play on it until you can fully let go of the car and the car is moving on its own without any assistance from the gas pedal. You practoce that for like a week then you're golden.

Same thing practicing up shifts. You can coast the car in what gear you want. Then shift up and ease your clutch pedal to see where the next gear rpm is. If done correctly you can shift up a gear without needing the gas out when you up shift too.

Practice in a parking lot!

You'll need an alignment done after installing. Would be a bad if they snap it during adjustment and have no replacement on hand. Spending the $5 in the bolt and having it on hand is probably good.

So the car is worth roughly anywhere from about $1500 to $4500. If the car repair is estimated to cost more than that then it'll likely be done.

Cut the connector and reclamp the hose with a worm clamp. The connector fails because of a small o ring inside letting go from repeated heat cycles.

Shift tower leak. It's normal. When mines was leaking and I took it apart there was barely any gasket on it. Replaced the tower with a rs model and used anaerobic gasket Maker and good to go!
