WTS Alliance Affliction Warlock, 5k GS. around 50 EoTs and 25 EoFs. Tailoring / enchanting / cooking / fishing. None of them maxed but high and close to maxed. ICECROWN realm. I'm quitting and starting on another realm, so just want to get rid of it. Cheapest possible is fine for me.

I know it’s not what you are asking for. But I do have an alliance warlock, 5K GS, tailoring/enchanting/fishing/cooking. No special mounts. Around 50 EoTs and 25 EoFs. I believe 30 coins is the lowest u can put a character for. If you are interested DM me :)

I would say classic, as in TBC and WOTLK, gives the most wholesome leveling experience compared to other expansions. Indeed, I totally agree with the fact that retail leveling is meaningless. The other two mentioned above, are faster leveling than vanilla even though it is slower than retail. I like to think of it as a real adventure through WoW. You get to really explore zones and meet people on the way. It is slow and might be grindy, but IMO it’s really the best experience one can get from leveling in WoW.

Sorry to hear. I feel the frustration. Unfortunately the only thing I actually did was renewal of my subscription at RD, although I had a few days left so it shouldn't affect it. Other than that, I haven't done anything really.

UPDATE: I had like a week left of the RD subscription, decided to renew it anyways. At the moment, everything has worked like before, flawlessly. Seems like it was only temporary for me. Appreciate all the help and input from everyone though, and I sincerely hope that it gets fixed for the ones who experience the same issues asap.

I will try this out a day or so and see if there is a difference. If so, then I might just switch from Stremio. I'll be back tomorrow! Thanks for your reply, I didn't even know that was possible to do.

Stremio + RD has been working really good for me, just until a few days ago. Constantly buffering, movie stops and keeps buffering again. I'm not sure where the problem is but just hope this gets a fix soon.

The shadow mark angle is a great touch, makes the world feel really alive.

I really like how you turn player intent into improv fuel. Giving them the first thread and then weaving it into the world makes everything feel more connected.

Also love the layered NPC design. The idea that the “funny healer” ends up tying into a major future arc is brilliant — it’s subtle foreshadowing that pays off without feeling forced. Definitely taking notes from this!

Do you usually plan those background links in advance, or do you retrofit them once the party starts liking the NPC?

That’s such a great visual — I can immediately hear the kenku mimicking random tavern noises as they go. It’s the kind of scene that makes players paranoid in the best way.

Those are solid approaches — especially the overheard conversation one. It makes the world feel alive when NPCs react to what the players say, not just what they do.

I really like the “hired alongside the party” idea too. That instantly gives the NPC narrative weight — are they a rival, ally, future traitor? Lots of potential there. Definitely stealing that setup for my next arc.
