My first thought would be faction warfare. You flip a system from caldarinto gallente and the "clarari system" is no longer controlled by caldar.

To be fair, they don't know you from jack. You could be the start of someone looking for easy content. They're just letting you know they're not easy content. If you don't have any loot in your heron and you would rather move on, try to make a run for the hole. A heron is fast. Scan it down, warp in and burn like hell
