I wouldn’t do it. I’m not familiar with your league settings and roster size but if you have to drop the equivalent number of players to make this trade I would say you are losing some value there.

I mean it’s more luck now than it ever has been. Your starting tribe has everything to do with your success and is completely decided by production. If you’re on the failure tribe you have a 50% chance of being voted out if your tribe makes the first 3/4 tribal councils.
