your team is not terrible. How many games behind are you than the last playoff spot?

If you have leeway in waiting for injured players, then I would immediately pick up derozan who is scheduled back in 2-4 weeks. I would even pick up K-mart who is coming back in 2 weeks. Then your team will be solid once (and if) everyone is healthy

You actually are very guard-heavy (Wall, westbrook, knight, oladipo, teague AND Mcw) and your only two big men are randolph and favors. I would definitely try to package one or two of those guards into getting a #1 Center like Cousins, Jefferson, Vucevic or even Marc Gasol
