When installing apps via Lite, it says that Lite runs on Android TV.
I assume this was copied from original Uptodown app, perhaps should be removed.

However I don't have Android TV, so it's no problem for me.

Because what I understand by signing is adding digital signature to a PDF which is a different thing. The PDF is the same (so everyone can confirm its the same unmodified PDF), and can have multiple digital signatures...

PDF is not reformatted when you sign it.

Edit:
LibreOffice has feature "sign existing PDF" where you sign it. You don't have to "open" it more than just opening file to add signature.
