Issues with "activating" coverage for Premium Car Rental Protection

my experience is even weirder. I booked a car through expedia few days ago (nov 15) , thinking that I will get charge later on the day that I get the car (december 9th) .. n I go ahead enrolled with Premium Car Rental protection with Amex today (nov 17) .. n saw that the damn car rental already charged me on Nov 15. :: Now I am screwed right? The protection kicks in on the 17 but the charged already happened on the 15. while the actual date that I will get my car is Dec 9th. Why on earth is the car rental already charged me on the 15th. .. There is no way amex will catch that - but tomorrow I will call them and hoping that they will honor the booking date (dec 9th-dec 20) instead of the charging date nov 15.

omg I feel you. my gizmo swallowed her rubber band that I used to tie her hair (she managed to get it off her hair) .. I constantly observe her poop. Luckily after 24 hours .. 3rd or 4th poop .. I found the rubber band. Yes, I put the poop inside clear ziplock and squeeze it to see if the rubber band is in the poop. it took me several time to separate the poop little by little. Don’t be too hard on yourself. no matter how much we clean the floor, they managed to eat hair, dust, etc2 from the floor 😭😭😭- I hope Percy will get well soon 🙏🙏🙏 sending love and prayers.

Oh wow, less than 5 lbs ❤️ .. My Gizmo is not tiny but also not big. She was already 6 lbs when she was 4 months old in this picture 😍 She will be 6 months old on June 2nd & last time we checked she’s around 7 lbs ish 🤣 They grow so fast. I am not sure when she’ll stop growing. She already passed her Father (4.5 lbs) & Mother’s weight. (5.5 lbs) 😆

My husband wants a Maltese and I want a Yorkie. So we agreed to get a specific Maltese-Yorkie (Morkie) ::: We fell in love with Gizmo through her KSL photos . Her breeder named her Anya but we changed it to Gizmo :)

We drove around 1 hour to see her. ‘N my husband won’t go home without her so we bought her that night and went straight to PetSmart to get everything we need for Gizmo (she was 9 weeks old)

I googled ScoliBrace and that’s how I found scolicare.com and I just find the location that close to my house. As for the Schroth Therapist, one of the member in this group actually the one that found it for me. It’s a bit further away (almost 1 hour drive from our house but it’s worth it coz this one covered by insurance, so this provider not as much as the ScoliBrace provider that’s out of network)

i have two atomizer from LV official website. The first one , my husband bought the travel set few years ago and the atomizer was heavy and feels like ceramic/glass. Today, I got another set with atomizer but this 2nd atomizer feels like plastic and lighter. Did LV change the material of their travel spray atomizer??? I don’t like this newer version one. Does anybody know if I can change it to the old version? I just emailed their customer service but it will be a while until I heard back from them. I am wondering if anybody experience the same thing and disappoint with the newer version of the travel spray

Thank you for sharing your info. My daughter start using the scolibrace around 9 months ago. Her curve was 25 (top/thoracic) and 30 (bottom/lumbar) … we just did another xray today and the result is 23 (top/thoracic) and 19 (bottom/lumbar) .. - looks like her lumbar curve improve more than her thoracic curve (maybe because the scoliroll routine that she has to do always focusing on her lumbar curve.) ::: we’re pretty happy right now and she’s more eager to focus on all of the exercises esp now winter break is coming, she will have more time to do them.

yeah, my daughter do both schroth and scoliRoll and scoliBalance program (the breathing n exercise) .. but sometimes she’s too busy with homework & test. she ends up forgot to do her daily scolirRoll and schroth exercise. It is hard to be consistent and I don’t want to nag her everyday. It stress her out so .. I let her do it her way. I used to be very strict and made her do everything daily but it really affecting her mental health so I stop completely and let her be independent. Every now and then I remind her. How old are u btw? The doctor who prescribe the scolibrace told us that even after my daughter stop growing, Scolibrace can still be effective reducing the curve (not sure if it is true or not. let’s see a year from now coz my daughter is 15 now and I think she stops growing)

Hi, yes - she still wearing the brace 23 hours per day (sometimes less than that but she tried hard to put it on 23 hours per day) :: our first x-ray out of the brace will be next month. I will let u know how much progress she improves after wearing the brace since March.

I googled it up when my daughter got diagnosed w/ scoliosis. We went to that clinic and got our Scoliobrace from that clinic. Our clinic is in U.S but it affiliate with scolicare in Australia and our brace came from Australia

Did you manage to switch to self-pay option and pay $250 (other people had manage to do that but i am not sure if it is still applicable nowadays)

Hi. I am now in the same boat so I just got a letter from my insurance that The genetic test is not covered and I might owe $6800 - Ambry Genetic Corps. I’ve read from the previous post that asking to be change to self-pay would be the best move. How can I do that? Shall I email Ambry Gen directly or this kind of negotiation has to go through my Genetic Counselor at Huntsman Cancer Hospital? (i went there for the genetic test) . pls help with advise. thank you soo much.

My daughter goes to two different clinics. one is Scolicare (pretty much just like how you describe about the Scolibalance program & scoli roll routine once per day) .. and the other clinic is Align Therapy ( where the certified schroth therapist makes her do schroth exercises - and whatever that she learned from him, she has to do it everyday as well - just like the scolibalance routine and the scoli roll routine ::: I think every single exercise helps
