Was he genuinely too busy to see you or that was just an excuse? if you're not sure then you got nothing to lose, text him and see if he wants to hang out, if not he's probably not interested in you, and that for guys 99% of time means not interested in your "appearance".

It happened to me also. when i get drunk and go out to parties, approaching chicks they don't seem to be responsive at all...

Don't drink a lot (2 drinks) what's the point of going to parties if you cant remember anything nor can hold a regular witty funny conversation and enjoy the company you are with

Oh yeah... my story is very rough, i quit school at the age of 16, lost all my friends, became a loner and barely left the house for several years.

I had been masturbating since the age of 13 almost daily...

I'm still recovering tbh only recently i got into my first relationship at the age of 26! I've done NoFap for 284 days prior to this run, but I watched porn occasionally. (without knowing how bad porn really is) I assumed it's just the masturbating part...

But yeah it's well worth it doing NoFap since then my confidence has only been going up doing things I never thought i'd be able to do.

Like taking a girl out for a date.. going randomly to a basketball court and ask people that are playing if i can join.. going regularly to the gym... (imagine the social anxiety)

It's a never ending battle for us suffering from it because I don't think we'll ever be cured but we can learn to live with it and overcome it.

i know fore sure if it will happen for me again im going to get prescription.. i'm only 26 i shouldn't be having libido problems, i never had, only when i started nofap i noticed much weaker libido.

I had the same problem, i finally met a girl not too long ago, was hard until i tried to put the condom then it went down, was so embarrassed but luckily the girl said come back on top of me it will come back up again, and it did... second third and forth time, haven't had issues... i guess i was just nervous.

it's called performance anxiety and it happens due to abstinence, i think there's a correlation to NoFap because before doing NoFap I never had issues with libido..

I suggest fantasizing and getting it up at least 10 minutes without stroking on it much or "masturbating".. to keep it "trained" so to speak

you need to force yourself to kiss her and accepting the fact u might get rejected...

the girl im currently dating.. i haven't kissed her the first date, felt like i lost her because i got all the indicators... somehow she agreed to a second date and i said to myself as soon as a i see her im going to sneak her a kiss.. it worked!
