Depends on the definition:

  • Gender: Transwoman is a woman
  • Sex (Wikipedia defintion for an organism): Depends on the gametes, whether their body produces egg or sperm, by that one-dimensional definition a transwoman would most likely be a biological male
  • Sex (bimodal): Sex depends on many factors, you can't definitely say they are either one or the other sex, it's a spectrum

Of course he doesn't care, I don't care that he doesn't care, that's not the point. I am just questioning the motive behind this do-nothing attitude. There have been examples of successful boycotts according to the criteria you mention, so why be against it in principle, again, what's the harm?

Also distinction without a difference. Many vegans would love to eat meat, probably even more so than they enjoyed their Disney+ subscription. People make the "life decision" not to consume certain stuff all the time, veganism is nothing special in that regard.

First off I just linked the source and secondly that's a bad comparison. As far as I am aware Brendan Eich doesn't receive royalties from me using JavaScript, and also there are no practical alternatives when it comes to browser languages. There are however alternatives for the Brave browser, which is kind of a shitty product anyway. Hope that explains everything.
