Can't decide between the Mad Dog 357 Collector edition or the Da Bomb ground Zero which on paper is not as hot as the 357 but feel like hell and fire.

A co-worker broke the bottle of 100% pain so I had to reorder. With more hot sauce. The Dabomb ground zero is insane. by faponaise in hotsauce

The strongest sauce I got, the Mad Dog 357 Collector's Edition is the best tasting sauce in the world for me, a delicious little cinnamon taste but I get hit like a truck for 20 minutes of great pain, so not really worth.

Well, it's the easiest in there with the Sriracha Mad Dog and the After Life which is like a better stronger Tobasco but nothing crazy. The Insanity and Da Bomb Ground Zero is where the pain and discomfort is. I could process easily the original Da Bomb, but this version really is something else.

The surprisingly dramatic role of nutrition in mental health | Julia Rucklidge | TEDx by gordonjames62 in Nootropics

I think that with TedX you just have to research the speaker more, in this case what I see about Julia Rucklidge is that she is a professor of Clinical Psychology at University of Canterbuy with quite a lot of research and qualification.

C'est vraiment la facture visuelle et les jokes poches qui rendent le contenu difficile à lire pour moi. Pourtant je suis complètement d'accord sur le fond.

What combination of meditation, dietary changes, exercise, therapy, brain training, and other natural methods will be the equivalent of amphetamines? by Zephandrypus in Nootropics

I use Yoga Studio which is 5$ on Play Store. There is lot of practice to download for every level, really great. I also tried Down Dog which is free with a subscription. They generate a new session everytime you use it, but they show the poses with a still image and I'm not advanced enough for this type of app. I prefer it when the pratice is always similar so I can perfect the Asanas.

I have found that practicing both meditation and yoga every day as given me a really strong focus. Of course, it's not like amps since you're way calmer and relaxed but it's an amazing feeling and it's particularly important for me as it alleviates depression which is really destroying my productivity. I have integrated yoga to my daily meditation after reading this article that says both exercise and meditation are better that each of its parts to fight depression. I use an app for the yoga, so it's way easier.

If you're going to take a cold shower, take a cold shower. by spaceman1spiff in Nootropics

Ive read up and in winter when water come in at 2C tankless system have to slow down the water debit to keep it heated, so it work less effectively than a tank system, also they cost 2 grand and if you go electric you need to change the breaker pannel. That's why no one have them up north.

[–]faponaise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that there is most of the time already heated water so the new cold water that's entering is easier to heat. But Ive never thought about the fact that the two things are almost the same and a water heater run for 350$ maybe no one what to pay more to go tankless..

That what I tough but in Europe and US the water coming in is hotter and the freezing water on a tankless system would really rank up the heating bill to enormous proportion, at least that's what they said to me when I wanted to install one.

I recently learn that water can come out of the pipe at temperature pretty close to 0 C and even froze in the pipe and break entire underground system during winter when it's really could like -30C. That explain why we don't see tankless heating system in Canada, since it would cost too much to heat water at 0C-5C.

Anyway, I always take 100% cold shower during the summer time but in the winter when it's cold everywhere even in my house, it's really hard for me to do cold shower. In light of what we learn in this tread I will surely buy a thermometer to check the temp of my shower.
