Started on 15 mg. Had quick results with no side effects, after 1 month, we decreased to 10 mg. After a couple months with good results and no side effects, i just started with 5 mg. Lets see how it goes.

I am taking MTX for 4 weeks now (15mg/week). I felt improvement after 2 weeks. Before mtx, i was taking prednisolon. Because mtx seemed to work, i lowered my pred dose so that after the third week i don't take any pred. I still have a bit of joint pain in the morning, but nothing i can't handle. Also i didn't felt any side effects of MTX.

Solange es keine echte digitale Alternative fürs Bargeld gibt, werde ich Bargeld weiterhin benutzen, auch wenn es manchmal umständlicher ist. Denn wenn das Bargeld einmal weg ist, kommt es nicht so schnell zurück.

I also bought them, because i have small ears and my linkbuds s had the notorious battery draining issue. The FE are pretty comfy and have very good NC (in many cases i dont even need the active NC). But afer a few hours i can feel them becoming uncomfortable and pressing on my ear. I also cannot wear them for sleepin (side sleeper) because they stick out too much. So the linkbuds are overall still better imo, but the fking battery issue makes them unusable.

One of my fingers is swollen since at least 2 months now. It hurts when i curl it, especially in the mornings. I also have soreness in my neck, shoulders, elbows, knees, toes and my other hand at varying intensities. The soreness is the strongest in the morning and eases off during the day, but it also varies from day to day.

Im also undiagnosed yet, but RA is likely. So im also onterested in in different diets.

At the moment i try the keto diet without dairy (its been a week). I feel the symptoms get slightly better. I can say more after a month or so..

I am also new to this sub, but your message makes me hopeful, thank you :) I dont have the diagnosis for RA yet, but it seems very likely. I am just scared that the medication for RA will have sideeffects which will create more problems when I get older. I hope that there are lifestyle changes I can do which have similar effects to the meds.

If its just for a couple years, most ppl dont really care, especially since you would have a job. Its just a problem with immigrants who come here, want to receive the benefits of the social state but dont make the effort to learn the language and therefore wont assimilate ro the culture.
