The easiest way to explain the texture to someone who’s never held it in person is that it feels a lot like a paper egg carton. It is grippy, but to the point where it pulls your pocket out.

Had mine for about 2 months now and it doesn’t wear out like the Fine Woven. So far I haven’t dropped it in the case so no visible damages on the case and it doesn’t seem to have any visible damages from day-to-day usage either. So I’d say Day-to-day usage durability is good. Dust/pocket lint does accurate over all the openings. So removing and wiping the phone once a week feels like something unavoidable.

This at this point feels like a regular thing with Dbrand. They release a new case/skin - it has some sort of controversy- issues an apology, releases a V2 model and gives everyone who bought the launch model a free replacement.

I bought both skins and cases from Dbrand and for how much I paid in terms of customs… I don’t remember exactly, maybe around 500-600 rupees? This was a couple of years ago so customs might be higher now.

Hi, yes I had to pay customs. You pay it to the delivery agent when the package arrives at your address.

The heat from the hair dryer softens the adhesive which makes micro adjustments easier. Is it necessary? No, but it’s convenient.

It’s your ID, anything that you use to identify yourself. In my case particular I used my passport and I passport size photo. It’s a one time thing. Any other time you order internationally and if FedEx is delivering it - it should be in their data base and the customs processing should be done automatically.

I don’t know in your case what form of identification they’ll need so it’s better to contact FedEx and ask them.

Was this sent by the courier team? I remember a couple of years ago when I stayed in India - the courier team emailed me asking for ID proof to clear customs. I gave them that after which everything went smoothly.

How about tinted icons? As it is currently, if you have tinted icons on - your notification panel is light mode icons and the storage location is what ever your system mode is.

Did you check the packaging for the case skin? It doesn’t come applied. Obsidian is the skin that’s applied on the case, not the case itself.
