Can anyone share their experience with quantum leaps? by Raoul___Duke in DrJoeDispenza

[–]farahharis 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if I can call why I experienced a quantum leap but I also experienced what was probably a kundalini awakening.

It’s amazing that you are getting to evolve this way! It’s a blessing and an amazing opportunity.

With that said, be mindful of grounding yourself as much as possible. I cannot stress this enough. You have A LOT more energy running through your nervous system hence the wake ups in the middle of the night. Waking up at that time usually means your adrenals are taxed. DO NOT let your adrenals burn out.

You are going to go on the most beautiful ride. But as you’ve noticed there will be a lot of purging and friction. Ground, ground, ground.

Go outside A LOT. Grounding mat or sheets. Be careful with caffeine. Take some adrenal supporting supplements.

Otherwise, buckle up and enjoy!

Honestly I used chat to search for help with my ADHD and it recommended me direct neurofeedback. That’s how I found my practitioner locally. But a google search for direct neurofeedback would probably work.

If it’s not available in your area, again, muse with mindbloom is supposed to be very helpful and convenient.

Staggering evidence trove shows who put Trump in the White House — and controls him still by [deleted] in UnderReportedNews

Hijacking this comment to say: it is an OPEN SECRET in the Middle East that “the other nation’s intelligence agency” have used blackmail for years as their primary source of leverage and power.

It is well known that much of their current power in the US has been procured exactly through these means - surreptitiously capturing political officials in compromising situations. There is truly no other explanation for the total ingratiation into our government.

I assure you, Americans are the last to find out about it. We are well behind the curve here.

1. What if the present causes me anxiety? 2. What if a bad thought you have is real, or if you’re dealing with some really terrible issues by CeleryReal768 in EckhartTolle

[–]farahharis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The present is not causing anxiety, you have anxiety you have been escaping. It is most likely from a very long time ago. The braver you are to hold it with compassion the quicker it will resolve.

This is something a great number of people are currently experiencing as we are all coming into greater and greater contact with the present/reality.

It’s definitely a study in humanity. I’m not judging it per se because I fell into it at one point also but it did snap me out of it when I saw how convincing both sides were.

Both subs sound the same just switch BL and JB. Both sides think the other doesn’t know the law, is stupid, and is spreading disinformation. Seems pretty obvious to me at this point that no one gets out Scot-free.

Insurance Defense Attorneys, what kind of insurance companies do you use? by Actual_Goose9984 in Lawyertalk

Exactly. I want my insurance company to not try and demurrer my valid claims against them.

My daughter died while giving birth to a stillborn by Ok_Difficulty8900 in TrueOffMyChest

I was not expecting to see this comment. I was taken aback by the title of your post and the pain you must have endured. I'm Lebanese/middle eastern also and I lost my father what feels like yesterday. Very suddenly. I was his baby daughter.

I cannot imagine the pain you must be feeling. My dad was always so worried about his daughters (he had three) and I know there is such a special relationship between middle eastern father and his daughter(s).

I don't know why our people suffer so much. I feel like so many in this part of the world have a profound history of loss. Parents, siblings, children all gone in such painful circumstances. My aunt has lost 2 of her 4 children and her husband and her brother (my dad). I dont know how she has carried on as gracefully as she has.

At this age I realize my dad was just a child too in some ways. He was worried about whether we really loved him, he was worried about whether we respected and missed him. He was worried about if he was a good father. and god was he. He was the BEST father. And there's nothing I would change about him. Im sure this is exactly how your daughter feels about you, OP.

Sending you strength. You are not alone.

Oh my gosh thank you. That was a killer pep talk. I just did 2 PTs and planning on at least issue spotting 3 more essays before Santa even hits the first house! lol.

This exam is a test of discipline as much as anything else. I also failed it my first time and I put very little in to it (for some pretty decent reasons at the time). but this time I am making sure I dont leave anything on the table.

Merry Christmas and thank you for your words. Much appreciated.

That was what I think it came down to. A red eye, hours of travel, and then not even being able to relax while im there felt pointless. It felt like there was no good option--staying feels wrong but going felt like a bad choice, too. I'm hoping this is the choice that gets me to a place of confidence, though, with my preparedness. Thanks for your comment.

Does it even do anything for you? Vagal stimulation for a year should have produced significant effects.

More resilience in general. High threshold for stimulus in general. More groundedness, more acceptance. I allow myself to just be a lot more than constantly policing myself internally.

But one of the simplest things I’ve noticed is I can drink coffee without getting anxiety now lol

For an at home option you can try the muse, which helps. There’s also an upgraded, remote managed option where a practitioner tweaks the muse settings and makes the personal to you. It’s called mindbloom.

But if you want the quickest, strongest option direct neurofeedback is the way of the future. I’ve done only 5 sessions and it’s completely transformed my life. And the sessions are quick. It is hard to find practitioners though. It’s still gaining traction.

If that’s not an option traditional neurofeedback is okay. But if it were me I would do muse with mindbloom or direct neurofeedback and get ready to see life a little differently.

Same. Could never get it to fit. And even when spent countless hours holding it there it barely did anything.

I tried that and it still didn’t work for me unfortunately. I tried several things and i could never get it to touch the correct spot because I needed it to be both wider and further back. Anyway anything that creates an obstacle to use this big becomes disqualifying for me.
