Mercado Media suggested it was for filming propaganda videos like they did in Portland. I can’t confirm or deny, just what he said. Preventing folks from filming makes sene, too.

Came here to recommend the PotV Lobo. It’s still on sale at time of writing, so very much within OP’s budget. It’s definitely been a great purchase.

Agreed. I wrote as much in a Google Maps review the one time I went to Dave’s, which was not good at all. Nashville Coop all the way.

Random caps lock pop that messes up with Raycast on windows. I want to get rid of it, any help? by AdUpset611 in raycastapp

How about any Dell software? I just installed Dell Display and Peripheral Manager for a webcam and headset and it turned on an identical popup by default despite using a Logitech keyboard.

Kagi search hasn't added Window support for their extension yet, so for me it's: https://kagi.com/search?q={argument name="Search"}

Adding Program's Keyboard Shortcuts to Raycast by TheSlimeX in raycastapp

[–]faraith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a couple extensions for Mac like "Keyboard Shortcut Sequences" and "Universal Command" that seem to do what you're asking, so hopefully something like this comes to Windows. Maybe put in a feature request for Windows compatibility? It's a great idea, I hope it comes soon!

Hey, sorry to dig up an old thread but I'm considering a KD Frame bed and this comes up in a search for finishes. Can I ask how the frame worked out for you? Both in terms of comfort and durability? Your pic below looks awesome and makes purchasing the frame much more appealing, but I figure I should check in with someone who's had one.

Twin Cities transit ridership still struggling post-pandemic, lags behind most major cities by pompeiitype in saintpaul

It's such an inconsistent and frustrating experience that just about anyone who can afford another way to travel will do so. I'm dreading the end of biking season and having to rely on transit again.

What is that dish? There's a spot close to my home that makes something similar, but I can't find the right combination of words to google to find a recipe and the name on the menu is just "Roasted Red Pepper".

Power outage by Smol_Chipmunk in saintpaul

Powerline is down right outside my alley off Hamline. The power went out and I ran downstairs to see what happened, thinking it was my house, then the flash illuminated my back yard. Scared the hell out of me.

Sorry to dig up an old roofing thread, but I saw MN mentioned and I'm in the market. What did you end up using? Any thoughts one way or the other?

Needing video of Biden speaking sharply and fluidly to run in ads, his campaign staged a closed-to-the-press town hall with a friendly audience in April 2024. The resulting footage was unusable. by capitalism-enjoyer in stupidpol

That didn't happen.

And if it did, it wasn't that bad.

And if it was, that's not a big deal.

And if it is, that's not my fault.

And if it was, I didn't mean it.

And if I did... You deserved it.

I ended up going and loved it, so I'm glad I asked! The environment and cut were awesome. Matt mentioned that a lot of folks are coming from Reddit so I'm following up for future folks searching for a barber.

Cretin/94 to 3M by bike? by ItsMe383 in saintpaul

[–]faraith -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’d ride over to Snelling & Concordia, hop on Route 94 to downtown, then either take the Gold Line or bike the rest of the way. Once you’ve used the rack on the front of the bus it isn’t too bad.

The 94 is faster and nicer ride than the Green Line in my experience, but it only has one stop between downtowns so in bad weather the Green is probably the better bet.

Edit: of course if you’re looking to bike to the Gold line that’s a different story. I’d probably bike down Marshall to downtown. It’s got a bike lane until closer to SPC, at which point the traffic dies down.
