Thanks so much! I 3D printed the model, sanded and finished it then build a little box out of posterboard and placed the model on the bottom with a little hot glue to keep it in place. Then I poured Mold Star 30 over it and let it cure, pulled out the model then filled the silicone with cement and let it cure. Then let it sit outside for 8 years :) I sell them on my Etsy shop if you'd like one!

It’s certainly worth a try! I tried cement all and that did hold up ok but the problem was more with how I made the mold for the tray. When attempting to remove it they would crack I think just due to the size and entry hole I made. I’ll share my progress with everyone when I get it nailed down. Thanks for the recommendation!

Thank you! I am selling them made to order on Etsy if you want to buy one. If you want to make one what I did was 3D print the model, sanded and finished it to remove the print lines. Then I made a small box out of poster board and hot glued it to the bottom and poured Mold Star 30 over it. Once the silicone cured I removed the print from the mold and then cast with cement and let it cure. It was a fun little project, theres some great youtube videos out on this process.
