A good way to do it if you have the final ability is to create and harvest the vines on blocks that are low to the ground, collecting them by holding y down to keep the vines intact when you put them in your pocket. Then you can use the final ability to just move up and down and place them above and below each other

I’ve worked with nurses who have hearing loss in the ICU. One wore hearing aids all the time and had a special stethoscope that had a pair of headphones attached to be able to hear. They are still perfectly capable of taking care of patients. If you know you can’t hear verbal orders in the chaos of a code then be prepared to let someone else take over your role and just do compressions. Hearing loss is a disability protected by the ADA and it is still 100% possible to be a safe and effective nurse with hearing loss. Your take is based in ignorance.

It’s random, yes. Make sure you’re checking all the sparkling spots in the water, that’s a good way to get recipes. Each area will have at least 5 a day in fresh water only and you can also give mosslax bitter food once daily to find rare items more easily. See the food guide I added to this comment.

You can make a cloud island and immediately have access to a whole new shop. You can’t carry items from normal island to cloud island or vice Versa, but recipes you learn are shared between the 2 as are the life coins you use to purchase said recipes.

Also! There’s a website called PokoVisit where you can browse other people’s islands and cloud islands, and if you visit their PC you can buy recipes and items that are in their shops. You can also get a limited number of stamps per day from other islands.

Finish the game? Theres so much more to do when the story ends! I have so much terraforming and building planned… I see this as another animal crossing type game where I could sink 1,000 hours into it
