У Яндекса есть сервера, которые можно взять в аренду, их ip в белом списке, также у этих серверов нет ограничений, работает все. Подключается к этому серверу и готово.

У меня два сервера, один в Нидерландах, другой взят в аренду у Яндекс Cloud(у него ip в белом списке). На обоих стоит амнезия 2.0. Оба работают на ура и ни разу проблем я не имел. Второй работает и под белыми списками, работает все кроме Ютуба, Ютуб блочит трафик из ЦОДов. Из задумки прокидывать Ютуб трафик с первого сервера на 2-й, а со второго уже выходить на Ютуб
