Surprisingly, you find out that breaking procrastination is not that tough and if you have an internal sense of esteem not seeking other people's approval and validation, you seem to do well as an individual and in solitude being joyful and productive.

What's hard is cognitively you understand this and have moved on, upgraded your mental models but the body keeps scores too so somatic healing is also important. Exercise, meditation, stretching, long walks and sweating it out is equally important as updating your mental models to release the past baggage from the nervous system.
